My name is Phyllis but I have been called MawMaw for lots of years now. I am 74 years old, live in the country in southwest Indiana. Through my life I have tried WeightWatcher, TOPS and lots of things that make me cringe now in hindsight. The Spark Program is the first time that I have taken control of my own program and made it just for me instead of following the "one size fits all" outlined for me by others.
My joys, besides my large beautiful family, are any type of sewing, knitting, quilting, etc. and sitting on the front porch with a good book!

Don't be worried if you didn't stay on your "straight and narrow path" to your goal today. Tomorrow is another day, and you will be stronger in the end.

We were travelling through Indiana last month. What a gorgeous part of our country. We stayed overnight in French Lick. The people were so hospitable and friendly. I would love to go back and spend more time there.
