Getting back into shape

Hi everyone. I am 54 and although I am not in terrible shape I have gained 50 lbs in the last 5 years and stopped regular excersise. I am 5'11" and do not own a scale. My last weigh in at the Dr I was 191 lbs.. I would like to be at 148 lbs. I enjoy gardening,,walking,yoga,weght training and swimming.
