Beating the Plateau

I've been maintaining a 90 pound weight loss for 2 years. Would like to lose at least 40 more pounds, but I can't seem to focus long enough to get any traction. I'm consistently exercising, but I'm having trouble keeping the calories in range when my schedule varies or I have too much free time. I will overcome this plateau and reach my goal because no matter what, I will keep on trying. Every day, every hour, every minute is a chance to start back on the right track!

Been actively Sparking for a month. It works! I've recorded a loss every week. Thank you to Spark and all the Sparkers who support, motivate, and inspire me.

Personal Information:
I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
Romans 1:16 NIV

Or didn't you realize that your body is a sacred place, the place of the Holy Spirit? Don't you see that you can't live however you please, squandering what God paid such a high price for? The physical part of you is not some piece of property belonging to the spiritual part of you. God owns the whole works. So let people see God in and through your body.1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (MSG)

Looks like you are still doing an amazing job!!! I love hearing your progress and running reports. Today, I just want to take a moment to say thank you for your comments on my blog about heart health. One of the important lessons I learned from Dan's life and subsequent death is that it is important to know your health risk factors. Also, it is important to live my life with a passion and fullness. Dan died doing what he loved, he was a runner, he wasn't sitting around feeling sorry for himself because of his high cholesterol. His family feels blessed that he was on a high, loving life and otherwise healthy on the day that he died. Live a passionate, healthy life.

Oh, you know the usual thing: skinny girls trapped in a fat body. Skinny talk vs. fat talk and if the fat talk was more like the skinny talk we'd be skinny. Oh, well. I guess that's where the lifestyle changes come in. You know the deal.

I'm so glad you are doing so awesome! Have yourself a real good Wednesday, okay?

Bestest regards,

Joyce
