Beating the Plateau
I've been maintaining a 90 pound weight loss for 2 years. Would like to lose at least 40 more pounds, but I can't seem to focus long enough to get any traction. I'm consistently exercising, but I'm having trouble keeping the calories in range when my schedule varies or I have too much free time. I will overcome this plateau and reach my goal because no matter what, I will keep on trying. Every day, every hour, every minute is a chance to start back on the right track! 25 ...

Personal Information:
I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. Romans 1:16 NIV Or didn't you realize that your body is a sacred place, the place of the Holy Spirit? Don't you see that you can't live however you please, squandering what God paid such a high price for? The physical part of you is not some piece of property belonging to the spiritual part of you. God owns the whole works. So let people see God in and through your body.1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (MSG)
