Give it a YEAR!

I CAN do it because I am worth every bit of sweat, sore muscles, and the 10 minutes it takes to stare down a cupcake before you decide you don't need it. Inside I am a girl that is active, a girl that feels I am supposed to be healthy but that on the outside was not very healthy. I deserve every opportunity to live out my goals and dreams. I deserve to be the standard of person I expect others to be. I am going through food and exercise rehab with the goal of NEVER being overweight ever ...

My Goals:
*Get to a weight I feel comfortable with.

*When bored and feeling munchy, take part in an activity.

My Program:
-Eat only when hungry, mindfully, and make good choices while doing it.

-Do a minimum of 60 minutes of cardio 4 days a week in activities I enjoy, most of which involves cross training or pylometrics.

-Strength training 2-3 times per week.

-Treat myself at least once a week! (This is NOT a cheat day).

Oh girl, just a new/second job. They will have to literally pry my stethoscope and nursing license from my hands to get me to quit nursing!

Thanks for watching my first vlog! I know, I've totally had to retrain myself to think of having "bad" food as ok in small portions. It's not never have it again, just not for now. One step at a time...we can make it!!! We can cheer each other on this journey together!!! emoticon emoticon

Hey lady! Just saw your welcome post on the DONE girls page. I am so sorry that you have been set back because of health issues. You CAN do this and all of your fellow SParkers have your back. :)

By the way, you should chat with Victoria Thomas (on my friend list), who is also struggling with extreme health issues that have knocked her off track.
