Another Dimension

Hello, my name is Maya and I have lost 30 lbs since 2009. I am learning a lot about what foods my body wants and doesn't want. The more I learn, the stronger I am and the better I feel, as I apply the nutritional and other knowledge to my life and eating habits. I am continually seeking new knowledge and trying new things. One new piece of knowledge seems to lead to another. I hope someday to be at peace with eating and my weight and feel healthy and well.

I do not eat gluten or dairy. I eat eggs infrequently.

I am quasi-Paleo, working on 100% Paleo.

Thank you for the comments on my blog! I think I AM indeed exercising more than some of the others in the group... but, I am NOT losing weight. So if I am not losing weight, it means that I am not eating too little in comparison with the 'calories out'.
Tomorrow is session day again and I will be weighed. If again I have not lost any weight I guess that means the plan offers me enough calories (even too many if I really were sedentary). And it must be.... something else that makes me yearn for more food... head hunger... habit... or ALL THOSE CARBS.... (groan).
