Hi, I'm Mazzy.

I may not like the fact that I have to restrict my eating right now, but I have to if I want to release weight and keep it off. Oh, well.

I crave food when I am feeling bored, tired, overwhelmed, frustrated or sad. I will set an intention to become conscious of the impulse to eat and allow my feelings to arise and pass rather than overeat.

-Pay attention to the amount of food I eat. Eat when hungry but not too much. Practice moderation.

-Remember that extra food is just not worth it.

FOOD PLAN:
-I thrive on structure.
-My food plan is my protection, my security, my comfort.
-This is normal for me now. It's what I do.
-This helps me feel my best.
