January 01,2016- Is this the year magic will happen? Get Lean in 2016. It won't happen unless I make it happen! One is not suppose to give up. You just pick yourself up and brush yourself off and try again. Fall down seven, Get up eight. One day I will get it right.

I am proud to be journeying with and Leading the STOP (Sensibly Take Off Pounds) Team. It is a small private team that does a variety of weight loss challenges thru-out the year. We encourage eating healthy and for sure getting out and moving rather than sitting in front of the computer. We all kind of follow a different road when we want to lose. We come together in the chat thread when we can find time to chat with our STOP Friends. We also have a weekly Weigh in thread t0 keep us accountable. Weigh Ins are on Mondays. We have a STATS Thread where we keep the STATS Info every week.

We have room for a few more Challengers on the STOP Team. If anyone cares to join us, Send me a SparkMail and I will send U an invite to the Team. Lets have fun losing together.

Jan 01, 2015 . 2014 - The same as last year. Not the best year I ended up with about a 5 pound many Santa Cookies. I lost 20 pounds in 2012, lets see if I can do a little better in 2016. GO ME!!!

My Goals:

To do my personnal best in the challenges I join

Be positive and Set a good example.

Get lots of exercise.
Walk several times a week. Do pool exercises.
Bike with Ollie Bird often.

My Program:
Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily - Stay within my calorie limits - Do plenty of cardio - do strength exercises 3x a week.

Get in 10,000 steps daily

Personal Information:
I live in SW Florida. I love the idea of being able to exercise 12 months out of the year without the expense of a health club.
I am from MN originally. I do not miss the snow and cold winters. I do miss my family.

Other Information:
I have a pet umbrella cockatoo named Oliver.
He is great company for me. We bike and go shopping together often. Sometimes he even decides to do a little entertaining, which is always fun to watch.
