My ultimate goal is to be healthy enough to play with the kids and the grandbaby who is on the way. I also want to feel better and losing weight will help. Perhaps my biggest goal right now though is to push through and not quit!!
Right now I am working on what I am eating. I mix up a fruit and spinach smoothie to start the day...and I am not even adding any sugar!! I am taking smaller portions as well. I work 12 hour shifts and drive 45 min each way but on my days off I plan on walking or biking.
I want to dance without being winded and chase after kids without feeling like I will never make it. I want to race my oldest son and actually win!!
