Eat clean (fruits, veggies, lean protein, whole grains)
Limit carbs and up my protein
Strength train 4 times a week.
Do cardio (run, walk, elliptical, step, kickboxing) 6 times a week.
Track my food intake on SP.
Plan, Plan, Plan and then execute those plans.

My name is Mary and I live in Denver, CO. I am married for over 33 years and have two adult sons. I retired three years ago but rejoined the workforce part time working for an airline. I plan on traveling as much as I can.
