There is a lot of positive support from both the participants, trainers and other fitness center members. We are working hard at getting fit and losing weight.

My Program:
The dare to lose program runs for 8 weeks at a time. We are starting on week four now. We train with a exercise physiologist on two days a week for 1 1/2 hours. Weights, cardio, snd core strength. On one of those days we will have a challenge with the gray team. We are responsible to exercise on our own and watch our food intake.

Personal Information:
I live in upstate New York in the Finger Lakes region. A beautiful area with hills, lakes, waterfalls, farms, vineyards and quaint small towns. We also have many colleges and universities in the area.

Other Information:
Some of my interests include photography, painting, reading, bird watching, gardening and taking classes at our senior citizen center.

The exercise I was doing was a TRX saw. How ironic - it's the same name as a series of horror films. Anyway, as long as I don't dip my hips, I can get through the exercise. If my form is poor, it's really rough on the back.

When it comes to planking, I'm your girl, but hip hinges are a disaster. Get me on one leg, and I'm always losing my balance.
Have a great one!!!

Leslie
