There is a lot of positive support from both the participants, trainers and other fitness center members. We are working hard at getting fit and losing weight.

My Program:
The dare to lose program runs for 8 weeks at a time. We are starting on week four now. We train with a exercise physiologist on two days a week for 1 1/2 hours. Weights, cardio, snd core strength. On one of those days we will have a challenge with the gray team. We are responsible to exercise on our own and watch our food intake.

Personal Information:
I live in upstate New York in the Finger Lakes region. A beautiful area with hills, lakes, waterfalls, farms, vineyards and quaint small towns. We also have many colleges and universities in the area.

Other Information:
Some of my interests include photography, painting, reading, bird watching, gardening and taking classes at our senior citizen center.

WOW. a 1970 Dodge Dart, yellow with green interior, CLASSIC. It's funny that in the 70's we excepted those colors, not the cars today they are all blah. A few year ago I had a Dodge Acclaim, it was grey, with a grey interior, I called it a dead color, never did like it. But was going thru a divorce and that was all I could afford. My Nitro is Black, with the chrome package, so it is decked out, and of course that grey interior that seems to be the only color for interiors. I have decided that I will just buy new tires, they are the original, and keep the Nitro. The Nitro is basically a Jeep Wrangler, but has the Dodge name instead of Jeep. When they combined they didn't want to manufacture 2 vehicle of the same spec., Nitro lost out to the Wrangler.

Thanks for stopping by, and yes Merlin will chase us down the drive way, when we leave him, but only about 100 ft., then he stops, just takes to much energy. He is rather lazy.
