My Program:
The dare to lose program runs for 8 weeks at a time. We are starting on week four now. We train with a exercise physiologist on two days a week for 1 1/2 hours. Weights, cardio, snd core strength. On one of those days we will have a challenge with the gray team. We are responsible to exercise on our own and watch our food intake.

Personal Information:
I live in upstate New York in the Finger Lakes region. A beautiful area with hills, lakes, waterfalls, farms, vineyards and quaint small towns. We also have many colleges and universities in the area.

Other Information:
Some of my interests include photography, painting, reading, bird watching, gardening and taking classes at our senior citizen center.

Yes, the Biosphere II is still there, just outside of town. I was there in October. There's also a scenic drive through the Coronado National Forest, the Pima Air & Space Museum, the AMARG airplane boneyard tour, and a missile silo (with missile, still, I think) near Tucson that may be worth visiting.

I wrote up an [external] blog post about our trip to Tucson, here: http://byov.blogspot.com/2014/11/az-nm-tuc

Glad you got back to me, enjoy your vacation, and not having to shovel all that snow.
