I am competing as a team member with a great group of women. Our program is called Dare to Lose! There are some similarities to the biggest loser. We meet twice a week for 1 1/2 hours with our trainers, have challenges and weigh ins and are responsible for watching our food intake and exercising at least 2 more times a week. My Program:
The dare to lose program runs for 8 weeks at a time. We are starting on week four now. We train with a exercise physiologist on two days a week for 1 1/2 hours. Weights, cardio, snd core strength. On one of those days we will have a challenge with the gray team. We are responsible to exercise on our own and watch our food intake.

Personal Information:
I live in upstate New York in the Finger Lakes region. A beautiful area with hills, lakes, waterfalls, farms, vineyards and quaint small towns. We also have many colleges and universities in the area.

Other Information:
Some of my interests include photography, painting, reading, bird watching, gardening and taking classes at our senior citizen center.

Thank you for your comments on my blog. I am feeling much better now since I am off the antibiotic. The one I was taking that gave me such a horrid reaction was Levofloxacin. Not a good one for me, still having some problems with my sinus infection but the doctors are still working on that but better than the reaction from the meds. Thanks for your support.
