My Goals:
*Get down to about 140 lbs.

*Eat at least two servings of fruit or veggies per day.

My Program:
I am trying to eat about 1600 calories a day. Everday I take a 30 minute walk. I also lift weights every other day. The days I don't lift weights I do 30 minutes of intense cardio.

Personal Information:
I'm an author. I don't know how to cook well. I'm trying to be a vegetarian/Vegan (being a vegan is really really hard).

Thanks for the comment on my blog post. My back is feeling much better, unfortunately this whole week has been crap! Lots of stress and feelings from the past creeping back into my head. I just want to get this week over with!
