Ive started over with my regiment

Well; let�s face it; I�ve started over with my regiment. So many times we start out with good intention to find ourselves back at square one; well I�m like everyone else; that is and has been my story for too long to mention. But here I am; at it again; knocked down by not knocked out! I always say being a teenage athlete and 12 years of military service; I�m no stranger to fitness; I know what it looks like and feels like. I know how to obtain it and maintain it; I know how; but doing ...

Hey there! Glad you're feeling better now. :) Thx for the goodie by the way.

I am having the hardest time getting back on track. I was so disciplined last year when I lost 48 lbs. I have now put all but 10 lbs of that back on. It's so depressing. I know I can't live in the past. What I did last year is what I did last year. I have to start again, but it's been way harder this time! Actually last year wasn't hard at all. I just did it and I put blinders on. I don't know what my problem is this time. Ugh.

Well I'm lamented enough. lol.

Hey! Well I got back from my mini vacay on Mon. I gained almost 4 lbs. Of course that's not all fat, mostly water I'm sure from all the carbs. Lol! But regardless, the scale went up. I'm not in denial. I set a new goal starting today to lose 4 lbs by my next official weigh in which will be next Sat, Nov 1st. I just joined the YMCA so I'm excited about that. I'm all set! Gotta get my workout routine going. I haven't felt well at all and I know it's b/c of my weight. I know when I get some of this weight off I will start feeling like doing more things. I have no energy and get headaches a lot among some other things. I'm telling you, I'm def doing it for my health more than anything! I hope your challenge went well. I read your blog and commented. Hi there! I live in Wilmington and have been for 20 years as of last month. I was born and raised in Fairfax, VA which is right outside Washington, D.C. I like it here but miss the snow from VA in the winter. It's finally getting cooler here and feeling more like Autumn. Usually it's a little warm in October and it doesn't start getting cooler until November so this is a real treat. I love cold weather!
