HI, my name is Pam. I have had extra weight on me most of my life. No more. SP is sooo encouraging. I know now that it is possible to lose and maintain a healthy weight. I lost my weight before, eating very little fat and barely any carbs, and no exercise. When I reached my goal weight, I didn't know what to do. I needed more energy:)

Hey Rock Star! I am doing really good. I'm up by 2.5 pounds and I've been fiercly trying to get rid of them but my body is saying "we are not going any where"! Stubborn pounds... begone!

I weigh every Friday and last week I commenced to doing a victory dance when I saw 160.8, but, this week the scale, my frenemy, told me 163.8. Ugh! Actually, I think it could be water retention. We'll see. Other than that, I am doing good.

We've been having nice weather this week. Last weekend, to my surprise, it was gloomy and rainy both Sat. and Sun.. Tomorrow is my birthday so I am preparing to have a good ole time this weekend. Yay!

I haven't started Christmas shopping yet, but, come this weekend, I'll be out there in the madness. Another... Woo-Hoo!
