. How is your week winding up or should I say starting? Wow, last week my was . I did hit my goal of 12,000 steps daily 6/7 days. So my goal this week is to hit 7/7, bump up my ST to at least 60 min (this week was like 35/40), and eating. It's me! Overall, I think I did ok. SOOO busy this week more so than usual, so it made it a little trickier. I'm ready to have a more successful 2nd week!
