My Goals:
I desire to get down to my dream size 16. I was wearing men 9XL. Now I am down to womens 4X and some 3X. I would also like to be off some of the current medications I am taking. I also desire to walk a complete mile without stoping or resting.

My Program:
Acknowlege God in all my ways even through this weight loss journey for he will direct my path. Believeing in myself and keep saying that I will never ever give up. Water exercises on tuesday's and friday's for 60 minutes. Healthy meals and exercise at home.
