WEIGH LESS THAN MY HUSBAND!!! -COMPLETED!!! He weighs 195- woohoo!
Weigh 179 by April 2014.
I am eating healthy, the least processed, store bought foods I can afford, and cooking at home. I have an at home gym (minimal equipment), workout DVDs, and enjoy outdoor exercise related activities such as walking/jogging.
I am happily married to an amazing man and we have 4 kids. After obtaining a BBA and then becoming an LPN, I found that my calling was in coaching others in health & wellness.

Hey, just saw your comment on my sparkpage. The pups are doing great! Getting big and plump. We didn't get whatever house I was talking about last. lol. But, we are moved and settled really nicely in my husband's step dads house. He's away for a couple years so it's a great option for us. Lots of land also. I feel like a true country girl here. Love your page! Have a great day!
“The whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation. Just do it. Exercise, lose weight, test your blood sugar, or whatever. Do it without motivation. And then, guess what? After you start doing the thing, that's when the motivation comes and makes it easy for you to keep on doing it.” -John C. Maxwell
"The common conception is that motivation leads to action, but the reverse is true -- action precedes motivation. You have to prime the pump and get the juice flowing, which motivates you to work on your goals. Getting momentum going is the most difficult part of the job, and often taking the first step is enough to prompt you to make the best of your day." - Robert J. McKain
The Healthy Holidays Challenge team is still going strong, and we still have time to make some progress before New Years Day! If you're not feeling motivated to workout and eat right today....do it anyway! Be your own hero and take charge. You will likely feel motivated after you get started. I know I don't have to remind you that you're worth the effort, right? Hugs, Pixie
