Doing What I Know I Can!

Hey, everyone! Thanks for stopping by my page! Well, my name is Megan and I'm a stay-at-home, homeschooling, hubby-luvin', Momma of three boys ages 6, 5, and 3, and one little girl who is almost 2 months old!
I really missed SparkPeople, even though I am combining several programs into one. I just love the community Spark provides, and all of us as a whole are wonderful people with a common goal of being healthy and active! I can't wait to meet some FAB people!

I really missed SparkPeople, even though I am combining several programs into one. I just love the community Spark provides, and all of us as a whole are wonderful people with a common goal of being healthy and active! I can't wait to meet some FAB people!

Let me tell you some of the programs I'm using! I really do think that these are VERY worth you checking out, by the way:

1. "Trim Healthy Mama" by Serene and Pearl. It is completely awesome! I have a picky hubby and there are recipes in the book and on the site that he LOVES!

2. Fit2B.us! Tummy safe exercises for pregnancy and those with a diastasis. Don't know what a diastasis is? You might want to go to the website and check it out, see if you have one, and how to help it! It will completely change your figure in a small amount of time a day. It's a true gem!

My Goals:
My goals, currently, are to stay healthy while cookin' up this baby (LOL), exercise safely once per day (working up to 30 minutes, but I can really only do 15 minutes of cardio at a time now), and to drink plenty of water through the day. The water thing is difficult for me.

My Program:
I am sticking to the Trim Healthy Mama book food guidelines and through that I am eating VERY well.

I plan to continue on my "Tummy Safe Path" working my transverse abdominals on FIt2b. I am also doing some Walking exercises with Leslie Sansone.

Personal Information:
I'm from Missouri, and my greatest loves are God, my Husband, my children, my dog (Molly) and my love for everything Pin-Up. Truly. I am wearing barrel rolls right. This. Minute. LOL I love the pin-up look. I think it's classy (if you do it right), and a lost look if you ask me. :)

I love walk a mile DVDs by Leslie S.! She makes to where anybody can get exercise in. My two year old likes it too. LOL. I have two of her programs.

Its been awhile for me, on here, but wanted to say hiya and congrats on the newest addition! Wow, it really has been a long time since I was on here if you carried and delivered another child in my absence. I'm so lame! Lol...Good luck on your journey! I know you can do it:)
