1. Lose 5 more pounds so I can tell people I've lost 30.
2. Not obsess.

My Program:
1. Exercising everday-- mostly running. It's hard in the winter, so I am just taking it day by day, one step at a time and looking forward to spring.
2. Eating smaller portions
3. Taking inspiration from French Women Don't Get Fat

Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this step to getting healthy. You will find a lot of info here and there are many waiting to encourage you. Find teams that meet your needs then post every day. That will help you stay accountable. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed here. It will take a couple of weeks before you really feel like you know what your doing. If you have questions please ask. All of us were new once and had to ask ourselves. And do not ever give up.
