This was me at the start of spark. at 265 pounds. Before this (closer to thanksgiving 2006) I was at 273 pounds. At 24 years old I would call that rock bottom. That's when I found Spark.





This is just over my half way point at 200 pounds. I want to be 165 so 40 pounds less than this.

Back to the grind!!

Hello fellow sparkers!


Here I go. After tremendous success before I had my son I am back and taking the first shaky steps toward getting back on track.

I lost all of my pregnancy weight so fast, and here I am 4 years later, 20 pounds heavier than that, with a total of 80 pounds to go.

I'm pretty much an open book type of person, and love to meet new people so shoot me a message

My Program:
Walking my dog for an hour or more daily, weight training with Les Mills Pump on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, Yoga in the mornings when I feel like it LOL

Paleo approach to eating - grains, msg and dairy make me feel sooo sick so I've just stopped eating them. 95% whole food addict! Gotta have my dark chocolate and coffee LOL

All that fitness exercise has obviously toned your body - You look fantabulous! Really. Plus all that weight lost!
