My goal is to lose 20 pounds and maintain the weight loss.

I also want to eat healthier and cut out more processed foods.

My Program:
- Eating between 1500 to 1700 calories a day (I am a nursing mom to a toddler)

- Exercise 6 times per week

Thank you very much for the comment on my blog and compliment about my hair! It is much appreciate!

We really hope I am pregnant too and are very hopeful!!! I haven't had any back aches at all but I have been very tired!! I just found out about only taking Tylenol. I have found the lunchmeats, hotdogs, and soft cheeses too! Thank you though... I really appreciate all of the help!

Your little guy is super cute! Also, where is your background on your spark page??? It's beautiful!

Hey girl! First of all congrats on the baby! What are you having? When are you due? .. Second thanks so much for the comment on my blog.. You are such a sweetie.. Those are great tips and I will try anything at this point. I have been doing squats alot lately for my legs and I know it's not going to change over night. . I also do strength training a few times a week but when I di I normally am juste working my arms that's why maybe I am now noticing legs are really flabby ... And I have been trying to do abs but my stomach is going to take sometime but I am willing to take time for myself. I just can't wait to get to the point where I am happy with the way I look.

Before you were pregnant did you go to the gym? If so whet time of workouts did you do? And I have turbo jam which is a step down from turbo fire I hear haha but I have always loved it. Maybe I should start doing that some as well.

I'm with ya Melissa.... haven't read Lover Unleashed yet either. I need to make a point of pulling that book out today! Excited to get to know you and glad to know I may have helped in some way with the B/C questions. Again, good luck with your future plans here. They will be exciting ones. I should know, I have 4 little ones myself! ;-)
