Caring for myself.

I spend a lot of time taking care of my children because I'm a single Mom of three, so this journey is going to be all about focusing on self-care. I've struggled a lot with depression and anxiety and have turned to food to calm me and comfort me. Trouble is - I'm not making good decisions when it comes to what is going into my body.

So- I am going to care for myself so I can be the best Mommy, excel at work, and just enjoy life.

My Goals:
Keep posting on Sparkpeople and tracking my meals for one full year!

1) Meet my water goal (8 glasses) each day.

2) Run 2 miles every day

3) Stay within my calorie range.






My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

1) I am sticking to the meal plans and focusing on nutrition.

2) I'm going to find different ways to care for myself when I feel down instead of overeating or drinking alcohol.

3) I'm going to stay positive and be my own cheerleader!
