Best things that ever happened...

I''m a mother of two, wife to an amazing man and an assistant bakery manager so needless to say I am very busy. My husband and two kids are the best things to ever happen to me and are who inspire me to become healthier and stay that way. They love me any shape I am but know that I don''t love myself all the time. I want to be able to run around and ride bikes with them even after a 12 hour day. My husband and two kids are the best things to ever happen to me and are who inspire me to become healthier and stay that way. They love me any shape I am but know that I don''t love myself all the time. I want to be able to run around and ride bikes with them even after a 12 hour day. I want to watch them grow up and teach them healthy can be fun and delicious. The fact is though that stress is my kryptonite....I fall off the wagon and just stop caring. Then spark came into the picture, combining that with the support I have at home has really helped me. No matter how far off the wagon I fall it''s always there for me just like my family with no judgement. Now if I could just do the same for myself I would stay in business. My weight fluctuates from 140 to as high as 180 and I''m 5 foot 3 inches. So I feel like I''m at war with myself all the time. My goal is to have a healthy lifestyle not just lost weight....to have the energy I need to keep up with it all....and to learn how to handle stress in a healthier way. I have the tools I need now let''s see if I can get out of my own way. I got this!!!

Just wanted to say hello! I saw your question about lifting weights and wanted to 'meet you' after that.

I started cake decorating when I was in high school and it has been an on and off day job of mine for the last 10ish years. I loved it! I still do a lot at home for friends and family. I actually felt that I was in pretty good shape when I was on my feet all day and constantly in motion. I have a desk job now and it is so hard to fit in activity. I gained a lot of weight after I stopped working in the bakery, which people always think sounds so funny (like I would have been eating sweets all day or something!)
