i recently figured out that i have a intolerance to sugar. i can not eat carbs or surgars. as they both do the same thing to me. i am trying my best to stay away from all the surgar carbs such as sweets breads pasta and rice. the ideal for me would be meat and veggies. i find that i am feeling full but i still feel empty. ...

My husband has recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It scared me alittle cause i am about 50 pounds heavier than he is. i dont need to stay in this way of life. I would like to become healtier as well so we can also change the way that our children eat. Our oldest son is headed down the same path of bad eating habits so we would like to teach him a new way of eating. I am personally here to lose the weight and be healthier and be a better mother to my children.`

My Goals:
To find my skinny.

ya made my first big goal. next big goal is to lose a total of 50 pounds by june 23 for a family reunion camping weekend

My Program:
Watching my calories. exercise. I have a tolerance to sugar so I have to watch the intake of all sugar and carbs.

drink atleast 8 glasses of water per day

stay in calorie rang of 1200-1400

exercise atleast 5 days a week

try not to stress about little splurges

get 8 hours of sleep a night

Personal Information:
I live in Indiana. I have four kids from 13-19 months old. I am a very busy mom that works 40 hours a week and still takes care of my family.

Other Information:
I love to walk.
in the spring and summer we will be going to our local statepark and walking there.

the rocky road before you now will lead you to a rainbow.

happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay the price to make them come true.
