Taryn's Triumphs

this is my journey to lose 100 lbs, become an effective an inspirational teacher, and achieve balance (work/fun) (work/family) (active/relaxed) in my life.

I have lofty goals but the balance is the most important. I have now finished school and am striving to become a good teacher but do not want to neglect my daughter in the process. It is easy to confuse priority and urgency and I am still figuring that one out. Above all I don't want to give up on my health.

I am tracking my food and workouts through sparkpeople
I go to Zumba when I am not working
I walk/run with a friend once a week
I go to the Spa Fitness Center as well.



Personal Information:
I want to be a good example for my daughter. I want to create a good life for ourselves.

Hey Taryn!
How are you doing? Summer has been pretty busy here. Is Lavina with you for the summer. I know you said she will be with her dad next school year. When does she leave. Enjoy your time!! Have you gotten back into running? I haven't this summer. I don't know what my deal is. I am walking more so at least I am getting my exercise in. I was just thinking about you and wanted to say "HI!"
