Taryn's Triumphs

this is my journey to lose 100 lbs, become an effective an inspirational teacher, and achieve balance (work/fun) (work/family) (active/relaxed) in my life.

I have lofty goals but the balance is the most important. I have now finished school and am striving to become a good teacher but do not want to neglect my daughter in the process. It is easy to confuse priority and urgency and I am still figuring that one out. Above all I don't want to give up on my health.

My Program:
I am tracking my food and workouts through sparkpeople
I go to Zumba when I am not working
I walk/run with a friend once a week
I go to the Spa Fitness Center as well.



Personal Information:
I want to be a good example for my daughter. I want to create a good life for ourselves.

That's awesome that you're doing the colour run!! A good friend of mine is getting married that day, so I can't go. I'm not positive I would have been up for it anyway though! LOL I'm really excited about Mud Hero. I'll let you know how it goes, and maybe you'll want to do it next year!
