Trying to lose the last 10

Lost 30 - 35 in previous years but having trouble loosing the last 10. It is hard when you are already being very careful with what you are eating and exercising. I really don't want to have to alter my life style too much more. I want to be able to still enjoy life.

My Goals:
2013 Goals - Firm up and get some muscle on my body.

My Program:
I will try to make every meal 50% fruits & vegtables. I totally love carbs but need to reduce them.

Using the small plates for meals, limiting portion size.

Exercise 6 days a week for a weekly total of 250 minutes. This is needed for my slow metabolism and also for heart health.

Personal Information:
Married mother of 3, youngest is 17. I had a heart attack 4 years ago at the age of 47. This was because earlier in my life I was a junk food addict and even though I had improved my eating and lost weight I had high cholesterol still and a buildup of plaque in my arteries. I'm now on medication and exercising to keep from having another one. Thank God I didn't have any heart damage. It was definitely a wakeup call.

Other Information:
Age 40 shattered left leg (14 fractures).

Age 47 heart attack

Age 50 Ran for 1 mile (it's never too late to start!)
