you really can do it! make the exercise fun. i did NOT want to get started when it did, but i knew i had to do something.DANCE! it is a blast. whatever kind of music you like just go for it in your own living room. time flies by and you are energized. after a few weeks add something else you enjoy...swimming or walking in your neighborhood. just have fun :) 2171 days ago
