My Goals:
Just one of my goals is to fit into an old outfit of mine. I haven't been able it wear it in almost 5 years, but I kept it.

Favorite outfit here I come.

My Program:
To meet my goals I am following Sparks recommended daily calorie intake, exercising at least 3 times a week, and trying to stay positive. Even if I only lost half a pound it is still less than what I used to be. Any loss is better than gaining.

Personal Information:
My name is Kat and I am from the Winston-Salem, NC area. A am happily married with no children as of yet. I won't go into my work details, but I will let you know that I have a temptation right downstairs, my favorite pizza place, argh Burke Street Pizza I love you, but I have to give you up.

Other Information:
This section is a little difficult for me because I love books and I love movies. The best thing I have discovered though is reading a good book, not sprawled out on the couch, but working out. Makes the time fly and gives me the time to read when no one is pressuring me to get up and do something else.

Let go of what happened Christmas. Time to look ahead. Figure out what it is you want to do. Set Mini Goals. I usually do my mini goals for a week. Once I have accomplished my mini goal for that week I move ahead to something more challenging. Take it one step at a time. Results (hate to say it) will not come overnight. emoticon

Thank you for commenting on the challenge, I am having great success in my office. Amazing how a 40 year old woman becomes 14 again just by reading the notes!
