Congrats on the loss so far!! WOO! I haven't been using spark much recently either - I log on everyday to record fitness minutes, but that's it. I'll check in with BLC 5-6 times a week, but that seems like a lot right now. I have SO much going on right now!
And yes, I'm stoked to be in the 140s, I can't wait to be in the 130s, I'm so close! I've been maintaining between 145-150 for the past 4 months or so and I'm ready to move on! Wednesday's WI should be exciting though! I'm SO close to 90 lbs lost. I can't wait! If it doesn't come this week, then it will next week for sure! 1288 days ago
Well that sounds like a solid plan and I'm SURE it's going to work for you!! You're going to do awesome! I finally am losing again. Well, it's difficult to say. I've been maintaining for so long because I'll have a great few days, lose a few pounds, have a bad few days, and gain it all back and repeat. But since I'll be visiting grandparents, I'm not sure there will be a lot for me to gain on (except the lack of a gym). So I'll see how it turns out. Regardless, I'm back on the low end of my maintaining weight. It'll be 100% back in session when I get back from vacation though! 1323 days ago
