When I graduated from college I weighed about 190-200 lbs. I moved into an overnight job, and gained 55-60 pounds. There is a picture here on my SparkPeople taken as a junior in college, the one in the blue shirt and white skirt. I posted that as an "I miss this" picture.

I joined SparkPeople and lost 50 pounds...but it's back plus some. Lately my chest hurts (often), my back hurts, my arms and legs are tingly. It's tough to go up stairs, and I have to make up excuses to skip ...

It's even difficult to stand in church.

Time to fix this.

The big 90 celebration is to change the background color on my page! I know, exciting, right? haha (PS: the scale said 142 this morning!!!!!! I'll believe it tomorrow though!)

That's awesome about the gym and the classes and your buddy! I'm sure you'll reach your goal in no time! I hope that TOM doesn't bother you too much, it doesn't seem to be affecting me at all, but it never does.

Congrats on the loss so far!! WOO! I haven't been using spark much recently either - I log on everyday to record fitness minutes, but that's it. I'll check in with BLC 5-6 times a week, but that seems like a lot right now. I have SO much going on right now!

And yes, I'm stoked to be in the 140s, I can't wait to be in the 130s, I'm so close! I've been maintaining between 145-150 for the past 4 months or so and I'm ready to move on! Wednesday's WI should be exciting though! I'm SO close to 90 lbs lost. I can't wait! If it doesn't come this week, then it will next week for sure!

Well that sounds like a solid plan and I'm SURE it's going to work for you!! You're going to do awesome! I finally am losing again. Well, it's difficult to say. I've been maintaining for so long because I'll have a great few days, lose a few pounds, have a bad few days, and gain it all back and repeat. But since I'll be visiting grandparents, I'm not sure there will be a lot for me to gain on (except the lack of a gym). So I'll see how it turns out. Regardless, I'm back on the low end of my maintaining weight. It'll be 100% back in session when I get back from vacation though!
