Back at it: day by day.

I reached my original goal when signing up to SparkPeople, and then some. Nearly a year ago I started maintaining. It is not easy. I slipped in the food and fitness, it happens... but now it is time to get back.

My motivation for starting with SP was the fact that I was turning 30 and I wanted to do it 30 pounds lighter. As of August 13th, 2012 I have lost those 30 pounds! Then I decided to go a bit further. As of October 4th, 2012 I reached my ultimate goal weight of 120 pounds ...

Life got in the way with downs and ups (got married October 5th and bought a house December 9th!) in 2013 and now I want to get back into shape. I know what I am capable of fitness wise, I know what my body can look like and I want it back.

Wish me luck on this second journey back to healthy.

Current Status:
MERETONI slipped in the kitchen yesterday and my right hand/wrist and arm is so sore. As is my butt. Oh and waking to more SNOW wasn't fun either. Boo.

Lose 30 lbs by my 30th birthday November 2013 - DONE!
Reward: tattoo - Got Aug. 25th, 2012!

GOAL for 2014:
Reach 125 lbs again (120 was too low for me). And try to maintain this time around. Found it hard first time and gained 10lbs.

Start Date: Feb. 21, 2012.

My Program:
Mon. - Fri.:
Treadclimber for 30 minutes PLUS either Jillian Michaels: Kickbox Fast Fix, Turbo Jam, or Zumba Wii for 20 - 30 minutes

Sat: Active Rest, any activity above or at camp go for a walk

Sun: Rest
