Hi, I'm trying to lose weight and tone up for my self esteem
I want to trim up, I dont expect to look like I did 50 years ago, but, a little less flab, would be nice, I want to tone up, get muscle, and get more physically fit
I have belonged to Sparks since January of 2009, and I am going to switch to a maintenance program, I would not mind losing a couple more pounds, but I sure do not want to gain, so from here on, I will try to maintain.
My name is Mary, I live in California, and I am 68 years old, and finally met my weight goal, and along the way I have become a much healthier person, All to the good.
But I went on a cruise in August and gained back 3 pounds, so I am having a very hard time getting it off.
I am right now reading a book called "The Gurnsey, Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society" it is great, short but great, my sister turned me onto it. Guernsey is a island betwen France and England, there are a group of them called the Channel Islands, and it was occupied by the Germans during the second World War, I am sure it is fiction, but great reading and gotta be based on facta.I love to read, almost anything, not much on watching television, but do enjoy a good movie, and the ones I get to see are on Television, I was raised on a small farm (acreage) in Iowa..
