    I'm glad you enjoyed my blog. I try not to get too serious with them. LOL.

    It was hot here and now the weather is perfect. Our A/C pretty much runs 24/7 from some time in March until sometime in October.

    Hi Michelle,
    Thankyou for the congratulations, I don't follow a raw food diet, I'm just eating healthily.
    I call it a healthy eating programme and it's basically good, wholesome, home cooked food.

    I don't count calories or carbs etc I just eat loads of fruits, veggies, lean meats (I'm not keen on red meats so have more chicken, turkey etc) and a variety of different fish and shellfish. wholemeal bread, pasta, rice, cous-cous, quinoa.

    l use very small amounts of fat and limited sugars.
    I drink semi skimmed milk and have limited cheeses as these are a good source of calcium.

    It sounds daft, but the more you eat the more you lose and the golden rule is three meals a day with two thirds of the plate as veggies or fruit , if you snack stick to fruit, veg, nuts etc and never, ever skip works! emoticon
