Attempting to Stay on the Wagon

I like a variety of exercise, but midway through trying to lose weight I injured by back pretty badly and have been sidelined while healing. I have gained 10lbs back in 2 months. The PTherapist okay-ed me to start running it again, but that's it. Hopefully this is an opportunity to get my diet and eating habits in check, since I can't exercise at full speed yet.
