Tracking my food everyday. Walk every morning 1.9 miles in 35 minuets, as long as the weather is good.
My name is Gloria, I'm 47. Started Sparpeople about 3 years ago, lost over 50 pounds in 6 months, but have regained since I stopped tracking my foods and exercise. Started again May 10, 2013 at 175 pounds. This time will be better!! Can't wait to get back to my normal exercising routine again!!
