Morphing into something beautiful.

I have been overweight most of my life and I don't want to "waste" my remaining time here on this planet being fat and unfit. As I found out four years ago, life is fleeting and we cannot waste one moment. I need my health in order to live a full and happy life. My gorgeous little niece was born in July of 2011 and I want to be healthy and fit in order to keep up with her for many years to come!

I have a lot of weight to lose and need the support and buddy system. I know this ...

My Goals:
I would like to get to 199 lbs. - I should be fit and fabulous at that weight. Once I get there, I'll decide how much more I want to lose.


My Program:
I'm trying to STOP my perfectionist thinking and simply start making better choices (less processed food, more cooking, start moving, cutting down on junk food, etc.). Little changes can make a big difference - I need to remember it isn't "all or nothing".

Hey lisa - good to see you back!! Heard a great quote the other day - "its time to stop restarting and to just keep going"...it really hit home for me, as I "start over", never live up to my expectations and the vicious circle continues...."keeping going" helps me keep in perspective that this is a lifelong process with ups and downs and to not let the slip ups derail me!! Now lets keep going together :)
