My name is Melissa. A few years ago I joined Spark People to find motivation and support in my quest to lose weight. What an incredible support it offered for getting on track with a new healthy lifestyle! After a few months I found myself in a routine and sort of left spark and now I've found myself back after realizing that the daily check-ins and tracking is what really kept me motivated to stay on track!

ok seriously!!!! That is crazy wonderful!!! My biggest biggest concern is the flab on my gut. 4 c-sections and weight lose has cause massive saggage and nastiness. I really will need surgery because no exercise in the world will be able to bring it back. I still have 40-50 lbs to lose so I want to be much closer to goal before I actually have the surgery so meanwhile if this can help even some then I am game! But you look to be in MUCH greater shape physically so I wonder if that is why it works is working so well for you!?
