    Hi Mary,
How are you feeling? Did I see here, that you are needing Knee replacement done? When will this be and is it the first or second one you are going to have replaced? I am keeping you in prayers. Let me know and keep in touch.
I enjoy your support each day and all your positive feedback. You are an inspiration to me
and i really appreciate all you do. You have done SUPER and Awesome with your weight loss. CONGRATS again for all your hard work. What is your secret? Any hints? I am working on my plan and it is coming off slow but sure each week. Some weeks it is harder than others. I know I can do it , but just has to be Stronger in all my choices. emoticon

I just stop by to say emoticon and hope you will emoticon so you can have the knee surgery's that you need. I wish you Good Luck and many Blessings coming your way. emoticon emoticon emoticon
I also need to loose a lot of weight and help with my health issues, I have horrible arthritis is my both knees, so I know how painful it can be. I use a walker and can not get up and down steps, which I am homebound. I hope to do the best I can and keep trying.

Thanks for the goodie :) I'm doing alright, healed up pretty well from my surgery. I have no pain in my shoulder as long as I don't move it around too much, but my range of motion isn't so good and when I stretch it (as I'm supposed to be doing several times per day) it really hurts!! I have 2 more sessions of physical therapy to complete and the there's no way the insurance company gives the okay for more. I will have done 34 therapy sessions (10 pre and 24 post surgery). The Dr. and therapist have both said that in worker's comp cases, the insurer never ponies up for more than 24 sessions, no matter badly they are needed.

I'm not sure if or when I will be able to go back to work due to the limitations of shoulder movement. I'm already sitting at just over 10 months of being off work.
