Shared Food & Fitness Trackers
I'm a strong and driven woman in most areas of my life. Unfortunately, my health has been excluded from that list. It's not that I eat horribly, it's just that I don't eat for fuel; I eat for the love of eating and my emotions play a huge role in that. I've consistently gained weight over the last 7 years and am 45 pounds overweight. However, I'm committed to becoming the best me that I can be and am excited about my upcoming transformation.
Lose 45 pounds, fit into my clothes, wear a swimsuit this summer, feel more confident
Working out with a trainer twice a week, getting in at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, sticking to a diet of 1500 calories per day, drinking 8 glasses of water everyday, sleeping 8 hours every night.
Living in Colorado, originally from Houston, TX - love the change. My partner has this way of completing whatever goal he sets his mind to. Because of that he's now smaller than me, eats better than me, and has tons of energy. I'm ready to challenge him to keep up with ME!
I grow my own food, mix my own aromatherapy products, will be raising bees starting this Spring and hope to be pregnant by the end of the year. Oh yea, and I'm forever the optimist :)

Congratulations on getting back into exercise and taking care of your health! I can totally relate because I started out like you - consistently gained until I became determined to get about 45 pounds off. I did it, but have gained back what I've heard called "the relationship 20,"(or 30!), a result of too many meals matching my partner, Mike's! And now I'm determined to get those off as well.
Thanks for the comment on my blog and thanks for the friend add. I look forward to keeping up with you and the progress I know you'll make as well! (And kickin' butt with that exercise - great job!)

I wish you the happiest of days, also! How did your first training session work out? I am just now back after two days away...we are renovating a century home while living in it at the same time...not ideal, but a wild adventure, to be sure! Unexpected plumbing complications had us staying with family for a couple of days, but I am back today, catching up on lost time with my 'blog project', and happy to see that people have been reaching out to me. A great feeling, and I thank you for your heartfelt comment about my 'putting it all out there'. Extremely difficult for me, but necessary, I believe. You've inspired me with your thai noodles...I think I will make coconut lime chicken soup for supper :) Hope your week ends fantastically!
