Trying to find my new groove

2013 was my year of change. I lost close to 70 pounds and was well on my way to my goal of 100 pounds gone forever. March 2014 brought on an unexpected injury. I am adjusting to being less mobile and having to re-learn how to lose weight without the heavy cardio I was depending on. Working hard at Physical Therapy so that I can hike, run and exercise like I want to. Teaching myself that it's okay to have set backs, to get back on the horse. Even if I have to change what was working for me - I ...

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 pounds.

My Program:
I work out and count calories, fat and fiber (basically Classic Weight Watchers). I use an app to track my calories and fitness.

Other Information:
I track everything I put in my mouth on a phone app called "Diet Watchers Diary" - it has the classic Weight Watchers POINTS which I love. I have tracked on SP too and it came out in my range. If anyone wants an example of my daily foods, I'd be happy to provide one. I stay between 1500-1600 a day (and a tiny bit more when I burn a ton of calories)

I think people forget why they are here. There are ways to disagree without insulting or being a know it all. This stuff is some stout stuff!

Well if it's doing your body well and it's what you like, I say keep at it!

Thanks for the kind words on my blog. I want to shout it from the rooftops! Its so easy! And I'm so happy!!

I'm in York, so right next door to Lancaster. The whoopie pies this week came from an Amish farmers market in Lancaster called Roots, do they're the real deal! And divine! I love that market. Going there always makes me happy. You should ask your friends to take you there next time you visit. Its fabulous.

Have a great day!

Love your new page. Your background image of the pretty leaves makes me sooooo excited!

Thank you so so sooo much for the comment on the blog. Sometimes I just need to hear it from someone else -- those small changes really do make a difference! I'm going to do something healthy today. Something! Anything! :o)

I couldn't either. Don't want to get soldum levels too low either. I'm in the bathroom all day too!
