I want to get slim, fit and healthy again...get my MOJO back!

I'm 5'5" tall and currently weigh 141 on Day 1. I'm looking forward to getting back to my long-time normal weight of 125 pounds. There's a closet full of cute clothes waiting for me, and I'm sure I will be able to ditch the blood pressure pills when I can fit into them again!

Miss Lula is a sweetie for real.

Thank you so much for posting to my blog and listed the mindful eating URL. I posted it to my team and am going to post it to another team as well. Boy was that really, really interesting. It actually helped me with Day 15 as I wasn't quite understanding it really.

thanks once again!

take care
barbara

The link you provided in your comment to KindredSprit's blog was an eye opener. As a teacher, I have 20 minutes for lunch and eat at my desk in order to work through lunch. Some days, I can't tell you what I ate. This is going to change! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and the link. I truly love the wisdom and encouragement I find on SP. jeanne

Thanks for your comment on my blog about dance (Stuck #4).
You were certainly doing a lot of dancing! What was the situation?
Were you performing or teaching? I am thinking that it had to be at a higher level for you to feel that you needed to devote all that time.

Thanks for commenting on my blog about dance!
It is interesting that knowing what to work on and how to do it can help.
Unfortunately, I have been dancing a certain way for a long time and have been unknowingly avoiding a weak area. But the strength/balance exercises plus focusing on the footwork really does seem to be helping.
