An unconventional kind of guy
diabetic, weight at 215 have a goal of 190. 51 Married 19 yrs no children 1 cat.
I am determined to get to goal weight but have trouble with consistancy. Love to run outside and hate indoor cardio. Used to love indoor but when it is warm outside I love to run, dance in the streets, march to my own music whatever it takes to do cardo no matter how it looks to others (except wife,she does not allow this in my own neighborhood.)

I exercise as close to 5 days a week as I can doing a varity of activities, I eat balanced meals (except holidays) and I drink water lots of it.
