My plan for a Healthy Golden Age.

Hi ! I am the mother of 2 successful Girls! Grand mother of 16 and great grandmother of 4. I am in the 25th year of marrige to my 3rd husband. I am a retired registered nurse and sometimes a think a retired wife. I am a Type 2, Insulin dependent Diabetic since 1976. I belong to the Diabetic Group of TuDiabetes, sponsored by the Diabetic Hands Foundation. I am a Low Carber. abd love to cook.( I especially healthy meals, and with the cost of all foods increasing this is not always easy. My Goal ...

Good morning Michele! You are so thoughtful! We still are a bit buried with snow but the thaw has begun as we had a couple of days in the 40's and 50's this past week. Then we had rain this weekend. Now the temps are dropping again, ugh! We will survive but this winter was the worst I have seen in many, many years! I am so looking forward to Spring and new life and growth out in the yard!!
