Daily Task

This is a day by day journey. Struggled with weight my whole adult life, especially since I've been married. This was my issue not because of marriage or anyone else. I felt too comfortable not to take care of health or appearance. Now that I'm in my 40's and kids are near adults themselves; I wish to really take care of myself by watching portion control and adding for fitness back into my day.

Jogged thru All Night Long by Ac/Dc and I Gotta Feeling by Black-Eyed Peas.
