I should count carbs, yes, but I figure one thing at a time. I just want meals that are simple and easy and healthy. Only so I don't have to think about it much. Ugh! I don't know. I just want to lose weight so I can have a baby honestly. But I know that's the wrong mindset to have because I'm important as well. So the longer it takes to get pregnant the more weight I can ideally lose. I'm getting to the point I want to stop Facebook altogether... I can't take reading about everyone else's baby news. Lol!
