Getting motivated to change my life...

Hi! My name is Michele and I am 26 years old. I'm trying to get in shape for my wedding which will most likely be in the Fall of 2009.

I've always been overweight, I did weight watchers back in college and lost 75 pounds! Sad to say since it has all come back, but I loved the feeling of being thin and I would very much like to get there again, but for good this time.

I would love to meet some friends on here going through the same thing I am. A support system ...

My Goals:
- To start drinking more water

- To start eating more veggies in place of other less healthy sides (like mashed potatoes).

- To start exercising more, even if it is a little every day (I'd also like to start meditating to relax).

My daughter said it is based on weight and height. She is 5'6 and wants her weight to be 130. For me that's about 1400 calories. She set her points for 24/25 for a work out days and 22/23 for non work out days. Hope this helps!
