Hey!! Well boo to gaining but I am glad you are back!! I am doing good- I actually got up to 177 and just lost 10 with a new website I am doing with my friends called Diet Bet.com it's totally motivating and you get paid to lose weight! I just maintained for dec but will be joining for jan! You should check it out :) I am here to help you! My ultimate goal is 140 so I am here for 27 more hard pounds!!!!

hey! Well I am back from Florida :( I gained 4 pounds too! I don't even want to tell you what I weigh! I have been back at it for two days now. I came home and two of my friends started a Biggest Loser competition for one month. We have to weigh in on Sept 26th. Basically we each have a reward and whoever loses the most weight in a month (percentage wise) has to buy the others reward. They are both twice my size but I am giving it a go! haha I am trying to not have one cheat day for a month. I am just so unhappy and cant get my act together. So far though 2 days down wahoo! how are you doing ? struggling? I am recording my food everyday again if you want to check!

4lbs is not that bad for being off! I gained 2 over the weekend for no reason at all :( The punishment has to be served the day after we go over our calories :( No, walking around doesn't count ...it was brutal!!! It took me all day to get all the miles in and I still gained weight! I am over this!! I think you are right- hopefully the school routine will help! I WILL NEVER GET BACK TO 150!! UGHHHHHHH!!! I am leaving in 2 days for Florida so that wont help! When do your kids start school? They start super late here in Michigan (sept 4th).

I feel the same way Michelle! Just going through the motions- my workout sucked, I feel like I am being punished etc too. I hate this!! We gotta get our mojo and good attitudes back! I think seeing results on the scales will really help us...we just need to get through the intital days and weeks to see it. That's what really drives and motivates me. I have been stuck so long so I am just taking it one day at a time no matter how miserable its making me and I hope it gets easier. Just my 2 cents I hope it helps you too! Lets do this again tomorrow and think of our awesome weigh ins!
