UPDATE: Sept 2012
After a short lived detour working with an online coach who was so not my style, I am giving Sparkcoach a whirl. I'm checking out the 2 week trial. We'll see what happens from there. :)

UPDATE 2014
I am working with two coaches/personal trainers who are helping me to transform my life. I am learning to ask for and receive help. My life is changing, and I am the one making the changes!

You can do so many things with boiled chicken breasts. Have it in a salad or slice it and sprinkle any type of seasoning. We use Cajun or garlic powder, or onion powder, Chili powder, or paprika, Adobo seasoning, Italian seasoning or black pepper. Each time it's like your having a different kind of chicken meat meal so you won't get bored with it.

If you have a food scale weigh out 8 oz. It's really filling.
