UPDATE: Sept 2012
After a short lived detour working with an online coach who was so not my style, I am giving Sparkcoach a whirl. I'm checking out the 2 week trial. We'll see what happens from there. :)

UPDATE 2014
I am working with two coaches/personal trainers who are helping me to transform my life. I am learning to ask for and receive help. My life is changing, and I am the one making the changes!

My Program:
Make carbs count.
Drink lots of water.

Learning to treat my whole self as sacred.

Going to double team with the hubby on clean-ish eating.

Very happily married to Rick. We are two peas in our pod.

I loved reading in your status that you are proud of yourself!! YES - I believe 100% that self love is necessary for a full and happy life! And I also believe that once we truly love ourselves being able to take the steps to permanent weight loss becomes MUCH easier!! emoticon emoticon

Thank you for your support and that lovely comment on my page. Most of my "insightful" comments come from Renee Stephens "Inside Out Weight Loss." She was the person who suggested the "Red-Do" for difficult situations. Awesome easy way to change ingrained habits and provide my old brain new more helpful pathways.
Renee provides free online 20 min. podcasts about weight loss, motivation and reframing our thoughts. I can't recommend her highly enough. She describes a life of being Naturally Slender and not a life of constant struggle to lose or maintain weight. Want that!
