UPDATE: Sept 2012
After a short lived detour working with an online coach who was so not my style, I am giving Sparkcoach a whirl. I'm checking out the 2 week trial. We'll see what happens from there. :)

UPDATE 2014
I am working with two coaches/personal trainers who are helping me to transform my life. I am learning to ask for and receive help. My life is changing, and I am the one making the changes!

Could you take me to the gym. I'd be good and promise to make you laugh. You could lean on me as we walked to your car.
You are inspiration for my journey. I haven't ever had the courage to join a gym or find a personal trainer. You make me believe that I could do it and maybe I should do it and why am I wasting time with my lame excuses.

All people who exercise with full abandon earn the adjective disheveled. They commit themselves 100% to the effort and become messy, sweaty, unkempt, dirty, untidy, scruffy, crazy and disarranged in the process. They can look a mess in their wrinkled sweaty clothes and knotted, disordered hair.
When the exercise is finished, I'd bet throw your arms in the air in a victory pose and after you've showered and dressed I'd bet you stand tall with your arms at your waist and you feel like Wonder Woman!

Hi Mickey! Thanks for stopping by! I've been sort of out of the loop from SparkPeople and spending waaaaaaay too much time on Facebook. Since I GAINED weight over the winter, I'm crawling back to SP, tail between my legs. I WILL lose that weight back and reach my goal! You will too!! New season coming and so is a new fresh start!
