My name is Renee', I've been losing weight but have gained some back trying to get to my goal and i did WW for years and got bored but still managed to get some weight off.
Well it's September 24 2009 and i am back on WW and willing to turn my life around again. My Goals:
i want to feel better about myself. i want to look healthier and try to do a 5 k marathon.fit in to a size 4 to 7 jeans again,right now size 11.

My Program:
writing down the foods i eat and it shows where i am eating to much . I am also doing weight watchers too.

I am doing 40 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins of lunges,ball exercise,wall exercise most i got from nicole that are real great !!
4 times a week.

Personal Information:
I am 5'3 brown hair. 42 years old.have no kids.but borrow everyone else .I like to do alot of things like: play pool ,go to nascar races,go hiking,biking and walking at the park in the summer,and just started to go fishing at the shore what fun that is.


Other Information:
I really Thought with WW this would be easy but still struggling and have no mine set on losing but read and read and still exercise 3 days a week.

Renee, I'm glad you found inspiration in my story because you can, without a doubt, duplicate it. I am a simple woman who followed a simple but challenging plan and simply stuck to it...

So, don't "hope," DO!

I encourage you to believe in yourself because that is an important key to success. If you believe that you have the power to achieve your goal - AND YOU DO - you will give it all you've got. You will persevere no matter what and you won't quit, no matter how long it takes. There isn't an obstacle in the world that won't budge if you push hard enough and long enough...

Make the commitment to yourself and GO FOR IT!

I am doing pretty well with bootcamp. It is different to do a structured work out because I usually just do whatever I feel like doing that day. It is refreshing to do someting different.
